Jade wand is extremely common and 5<50 doesnt help, 3-4k or merch.
High req, once again around 3-5k.
High req and imperfect, 10-15k.
Shame about the 1% off, still 15k or so I reckon.

Well, first, I do not mean to start yet another debate about the meanings of "oldschool," but given the way different players interpret that term I did want to clear up one thing.
This is based on my own experience over the past 2-3 years focusing on getting a full set of slaying gear together. Obviously, I can't speak to what is or was absolutely possible without being a dev.
As far as I know, the only slaying mods that are no longer possible from new drops or existing sources are the old 25% vs Charr sword pommels, bow grips and hammer grips that one could salvage off non-max collector weapons around post Ascalon. Right before EotN's release ANet nerfed those collector weapons' salvageable versions to 20% versions instead, but a significant number of players had already been stocking up to have them readily available. So it is sometimes still relatively easy to find the pre-nerf 25% versions in player to player trade (sword has always seemed the easiest to get with bow second and hammer probably hardest to find.)
Now, as to slaying mods' availability ...
The slaying suffix mods for swords, axes, bows, hammers, and staffs (no versions for non-core moddable weapons: daggers, spears, scythes, and wands) in the 11 species varieties available (charrslaying, deathbane, demonslaying, dragonslaying, dwarfslaying, giantslaying, ogreslaying, pruning, tenguslaying, trollslaying, and skeletonslaying) can still drop on loot today in versions up to 20%.
EDIT
It's worth noting since I'm on one of my thesis kicks here anyway ...
There are daggers, spears and scythes available with 20% vs. Charr from EotN crafters. These weapons have a fixed "... of Charrslaying" suffix effect. However, the suffix mods cannot be changed nor can they be salvaged to apply to other weapons.
/EDIT Finally, as to price check for those ...
In collecting my own set of 20% versions, I had the impression there were roughly two potential markets for these things.
1) Farming
When the meta has popular farming/sc'ing of a particular species where it is of practical use to maximize dps from martial attacks against a specific species on the list, there will be a noticeable increase in demand for some specific mods. Recent examples I can think of are the demand for 20vDemons sword pommels for sword damage based DoA groups and demand for sword (and perhaps axe) 20vTengu mods to raise dps of feather farming runs.
EDIT
I later thought about this and thought it prudent to add other *possible* factors in this group. There could always be new ones I don't know about or forgot to mention.
1) Dwarfslaying mods may be or have been in the past useful for martial damage based Slaver's farming.
2) Deathbane and/or Skeletonslaying mods may be or have been in the past useful for martial damage based SoO, FoW, or UW farming.
3) Pruning mods may be or have been in the past useful for martial damage based Urgoz and or fiber farming.
4) Charrslaying mods may have been useful for any farming involving martial damage against charr. However, given that 20% charrslaying sword pommels are still so easily available from the aforementioned collector weapons, I can't see demand exceeding supply enough to raise the price unless we're talking about AXE charrslaying grips particularly, which cannot be had from a collector. There's also craftable weapons with fixed charrslaying modifiers in EotN, so that's another unlimited ~fixed price source of such functionality to counteract any increase in demand.
5) While I haven't done extensive dps testing myself, I've heard from many sources that these slaying pommels increasing damage vs. a creature apply to ONLY the weapon's damage range. Therefore, this first, practical group of the market which does result, at times, in something more akin to stable trade value for such items DOES NOT affect slaying mods for staffs. (Putting a 20% vs Dwarves staff wrapping on will NOT increase damage done by skills or spells against Dwarves. It will only increase damage done by "wanding" the Dwarf with your staff's 11-22 damage range.)
/EDIT
2) Collectors
By far my favorite side of the market for these things, but I'm biased. While I'm thinking this market never really disappears, I don't think there's a way to reasonably predict future demand from this group.
In my time over the years playing I've met a number of people making various sets of slaying-modded collections for their own reasons and plans. I've met lots of players who notice these slaying mods and tend to save them tucked away in storage just because they seem unusual, too.
Trades of these things when not part of the first group ... I've seen examples anywhere from free to however much the particular pair of buyer and seller agree to.
EDIT
In both of the above groups, it seems the mods for swords are the most sought-after. The practical-minded first group has most often used swordsmanship builds for martial damage based farming. (That could change with shifts in the meta or skill changes which favor other weapons.) There may be more specific, specialized cases where another martial weapon is used, but I don't know of any that I would call meta. Of the second group using these for collections, I would still say it's more common to see people making lulzy slaying swords than lulzy slaying not-swords. Swords have always been more popular with more people it seems.
/EDIT
As far as I know, there is no demand for your max sword pommel of giantslaying with anything related to the first group right now. So its value is hard to qualify for the demand you might find from the second group.
When I get anything other than max sword or axe slaying mods for demons or pruning these days on drops I tend to save them and sell for 1-5k if possible. I'm biased towards trying to make them available since I remember collecting my own set had some tricky spots. I know a lot of players who just merch them.
EDIT
Given my above note regarding the sword versions probably being the most popular with all the markets for these, I might say a fair PC for a pommel like yours is more 5-10k, as I do think I've sometimes seen the pommels listed and purchased for those prices at times. It always seemed limited to pommels, though.
/EDIT
I hope the pommel in question finds a good home!
and my humblest apologies if I used any economic vocabulary incorrectly! I'm not an economist, just a player who likes to build critter-pwning gear for laughs ... omg, please don't hurt me Professor Twelve! ...
